Caffè Mokaflor – Bernini

In the constant search for development, we have created an important blend so as to identify it with our surname: “ Bernini Blend ”. It was our intention to create a product of excellence not only from a qualitative point of view, but also aimed at obtaining the best result through espresso extraction. The result is a 100% Arabica blend perfectly balanced between body and aromas, with low acidity finesse, creamy and sweet at the same time and with distant hints of chocolate. It is the result of what we consider an almost perfect balance between natural Arabica from South America and washed Arabica from Central America.

This blend brings us to the cup a hazelnut-colored cream with interesting stripes, balanced to the taste between acidity and sweetness and with a really light bitter sensation. The nose reveals hints of toast, vanilla and light milk chocolate.

Since  1950, we have been importing coffee from all over the world and roasting them in Florence, in our roasting shop in via delle Torri. Since  Vasco Bernini  took over the company in which he was employed,  Mokaflor  has always remained a family business, seeing it today in its third generation. For  almost 70 years  , our main focus has been on  selecting, testing and researching  the best coffee varieties from all over the world, roasting them individually to achieve the ideal roasting profile of each of them.
