Prepared each week in an artisanal way – thanks to an Italian roaster with a capacity of 6 kilos – our coffees are produced in small quantities at a time, thus ensuring our customers their great freshness.
The majority of Café Charlevoix products proudly bear the mention “house blend”; specially designed on-site blends that combine different green coffee beans from around the world.
The team is proud to produce its coffee in Baie-Saint-Paul in the Charlevoix region. This pride is reflected in the nomenclature of its cafés: “Bas-de-la-Baie” , “Les Éboulements” , “Haute-Gorge” , “Le Cap-aux-Oies” , etc.
