Too often, according to the unanimous opinion of decaffeinated gourmets, decaffeinated coffee doesn’t taste like ‘real’ coffee. With Kaffee Lunata we show what can be achieved with passion and love for the product. A South American composition serves as the basis, from which we gently extract the caffeine without chemicals and only with pure steam. The coffee tastes spicy and natural. Coffee-Nation is the brand of uncompromising gourmets. In contrast to standard goods, the idea of efficiency does not come before the quality of enjoyment. We only use fine plantation goods and mostly sort the beans by hand. The coffees and espressos are then gently processed, just as they were decades ago, in a complex drum roasting process at the lowest possible heat. Although this lasts up to four times longer than ‘Shock Heat’.
