The mildest beans in Brazil grow in the south-eastern region of Minas Gerais, which we use – elaborately processed with passion – for the Coffee-Nation Brazilian Mildair. This coffee promises a delicate, very fine aroma, wrapped in a wonderful fragrance. The single-origin Arabica bean is roasted to perfection using a particularly gentle low-temperature process.
