Year 2 of Sitio Baixadao.
After how wonderfully this coffee performed last year as filter coffee and single origin espresso, it was at the top of our list to bring back this year.
This natural Brazil comes to us from Anthem Coffee Imports and Helisson Afonso da Silva of Sitio Baxaidao.
As is often the case Helisson Afonso da Silva comes from a long line of incredible coffee professionals. Coffees from his family farms have received incredibly high marks and recognition for years. Including being the highest ever scoring coffee in the Brazil Cup of excellence, winning it in 2015. Their coffees continue to shine and receive praise from throughout the coffee industry.
