Brazil – Santa Lúcia – Partners Coffee
WHY IT’S SPECIAL
Santa Lúcia is our first release from Brazil’s most recent harvest, and like Isidro Pereira, it is one of the many farms operated by the extended Pereira Family. This lot, like all of our single origins from Brazil, is a lovely dry-processed isolation of Yellow Bourbon.
This coffee is decadent and comforting — think of dark chocolate peanut butter cups, gingerbread, buttercream, toasted pecan, date, and persimmon.
