Coffee prepared by hand is once again perceived as a special treat. JJDarboven is now following this trend with the new ID BLUE premium coffee concept, which is particularly characterized by its light to medium roasts. Light roasts in the so-called Nordic style are a trend from Scandinavia and are becoming a new taste experience in connection with the trend of filter coffee preparation.
The single-origin Arabica beans from selected highland regions and plantations unfold their diverse, mostly fruity aromas during gentle drum roasting.
A light roast, good body and fresh, fruity aromas characterize this ID Blue variety from Finca San Ramon in Nicaragua.
