Black Forest Roast Coffee Cream 

A very pleasant coffee from Brazil, from the Cerrado region, 250 km south of Sao Paulo. The plantations process the coffee dry, which means that they exploit their full aroma. Dried in the sun, that’s exactly what’s important with our Black Forest Roast. Holger K. Blank says: We chose exactly this coffee because we can best breathe the incomparable Black Forest aroma into it, which is due to the many hours of sunshine in the region. The idea came from me as the founder of the Blank Roast roastery . My grandfather, who was born in the Black Forest, more precisely in Lackendorf, in Baden Würtemberg.

His stories electrified me, so I had to have my own coffee! With our Black Forest Roast we have captured the scent of the endless expanses and the tall firs. 

This special coffee is a homage to my childhood memories. We didn’t leave anything out here, forest, cuckoo clocks, deer in the forest, nature and not to forget the scent when you hike through the vastness of the forest. This scent is the most exciting thing about this freshly roasted coffee – that’s how it should smell and taste in the cup – like the vastness of the Black Forest and the smell of the deep forests.

Finely coordinated with the roasting master is this excellent coffee, which you can order freshly ground as whole beans and in various degrees of grinding for filters, stamp jugs and/or portafilters.
