The Bestslope Coffee Roastery is up and running once again! We switched out our old 3 Kilo US Roaster Corp. machine and replaced it with a brand spankin’ new 10 Kilo Mill City Roaster (photo coming soon). Holy Cow, this thing is great.
Mainly, the change allows me to roast up to 4 times as much coffee per batch than the previous setup. However, with newer machines, come more technology and ways for me to monitor quality and roast even greater coffee than before!
We are already seeing a cleaner cup and more intense sweetness out of all of our coffees. If you are in the neighborhood and want to see the new roaster, just ask us at the window!
