Coffee has a very long journey before it finds its way to a beverage, interacting with farmers, millers, cuppers, shippers, roasters, and baristas. With so many potential opportunities to cut corners, integrity to the bean becomes paramount.
At August Coffee, we value integrity more than anything, and we take every measure possible to ensure our final product–be it a roasted coffee or a cappuccino–is the most authentic, true-to-itself version it can be. Every coffee has it’s own personality, and our goal is to see it preserved from the farm to your cup.
