Those things may matter, but they don't explain why we spend time with a loved one, throw the ball for our dog, or savor the ritual of a morning cup of coffee. In reality, beauty and value is in the eye of the beholder.
So, to value something, you first have to truly see it.
But we're getting ahead of ourselves.
Apotheos Roastery began as a shared dream between Kennesaw community changemakers and Atlanta coffee pioneers. We set out to reinvent the Enlightenment-era coffeehouse as a place where locals gather and share moments of goodness.
Since then, our work has been steeped in our passion for cold brew coffee, but at its core it's all about breaking down barriers so that our neighbors can truly see each other. After all, that's the first step to valuing.
Our name is derived from "apotheosis," a word that suggests elevating something to its most divine form. We chose it to remind us to elevate what we do and treat it as sacred. By approaching our roasted and cold-brew coffee with obsessive care, we infuse it with significance. By continuing to be hands-on in our Kennesaw and Atlanta communities, we shed light on the beauty of what we can achieve together. And by getting to know each person who shares a cold brew with us, we illuminate the connection that's always one conversation away.
By creating Atlanta's first cold brew production facility, tasting room, and event space, we're bringing together the artisan, the consumer, and the local community in one seamless experience.
