Description
HONDURAS LA ANTENA
Fazenda Sertàozinho has a total area of 1300 hectares, of which 400 are planted with coffee. most of the workers live on the farm itself and are duly provided with health and dental plans. The coffee is harvested manually, only at the maximum degree of ripeness. After being harvested, the natural coffee is separated and distributed on the courtyards for drying: it dries slowly under the sun until it reaches 11% humidity. Once dry, the coffee is placed in wooden crates, which come from a plot called Antena 2014, one of the areas of this fazenda.
