Descriere
Built-in 2007, the Qoke washing station has 10 cement fermentation tanks and more than 89 raised drying beds. Approximately 364 smallholder farmers handpick their ripe cherries throughout the harvest season, bringing each day’s yield to the washing station.
This coffee is an incredible example of what Ethiopia has to offer. peach and strawberry lemonade shine in this incredibly clean washed Ethiopia from Melkamew Zergaw, owner of this Qoke lot. This coffee will transport you to a sunny strawberry lemonade sipping state of mind each and every sip.
