Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Cafendo ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. Cafendo operates as a multi-vendor marketplace connecting coffee roasters ("Vendors") with consumers ("Customers").

2. Accounts

You may browse the Platform without an account. To make purchases, you may checkout as a guest or create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Vendor accounts require approval by Cafendo administration.

3. Orders and Payments

All prices are set by individual Vendors and displayed in the applicable currency. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By placing an order, you authorize the charge to your payment method. Orders are subject to product availability and Vendor fulfillment capacity.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times and costs are displayed during checkout. Cafendo is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Risk of loss transfers to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of coffee products, returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items within 14 days of delivery. Contact support@cafendo.com with your order number and photos of the issue. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

6. Vendor Terms

Vendors are independent businesses responsible for product quality, accuracy of listings, and fulfillment. Cafendo charges a commission on each sale as agreed upon during vendor onboarding. Vendors receive payouts via Stripe Connect after order fulfillment.

7. Limitation of Liability

Cafendo acts as a marketplace facilitator and is not the seller of products. We are not liable for product quality, taste, or any claims related to products sold by Vendors. Our liability is limited to the fees we collect as a marketplace operator.
