Freshness Guarantee

Our roasters roast coffee to order whenever possible. Most orders are roasted within 1-3 days of purchase and shipped immediately after. This means your coffee arrives at peak freshness.

Order Tracking

You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a shipping notification with tracking information when your order ships. You can also check your order status in your account dashboard.

Returns Policy

We want you to love your coffee. If something isn't right, here's what we can do:

  • Damaged or incorrect items: Full refund or replacement. Contact us within 14 days with photos.

  • Quality issues: If the coffee doesn't taste right (stale, off-flavors), contact us and we'll work with the roaster to make it right.

  • Change of mind: Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. Unopened bags can be returned within 14 days for a refund minus shipping.
