How do I place an order?

Browse our store, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay with a credit card via Stripe. No account required for guest checkout.

Can I order from multiple roasters in one cart?

Yes! You can add products from different roasters to the same cart. Each roaster will fulfill their portion of the order.

How are prices set?

Each roaster sets their own prices. Cafendo does not add markups. What you see is what the roaster charges.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Contact us at support@cafendo.com with your order number.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days. Express shipping takes 1-2 business days. Times may vary by location.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to the US and Europe. More regions coming soon.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is $5.99 (US) / €5.49 (EU). Express shipping is $14.99 / €13.99.

Is coffee shipped fresh?

Yes. Our roasters roast to order whenever possible. Coffee is typically shipped within 1-3 days of roasting.

What is your return policy?

If you receive damaged or incorrect items, contact us within 14 days for a full refund or replacement. Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened bags.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

Take a photo of the damage and email support@cafendo.com with your order number. We'll send a replacement right away.

How do I sell on Cafendo?

Visit our 'Sell on Cafendo' page and submit an application. We review applications within 2-3 business days.

What are the fees?

No setup fees or monthly costs. We charge a commission (typically 8-12%) on each sale. You set your own prices.

How do I get paid?

We use Stripe Connect for vendor payouts. Once connected, you receive payouts for fulfilled orders minus the commission.

Can I manage my own products?

Yes! The vendor portal lets you add products, view orders, and track your earnings.
