The Dark Side

Description

This is our version of a dark roast. Not oily and burnt like a lot of the dark roasts out there. Rather, just dark enough to highlight all of the warm and comforting sugar-browning notes and the silky, syrupy body that come from a roast that is developed just a bit deeper.

A supremely sweet and mellow nature, along with a thick, smooth body make this coffee feel just like putting on your favorite sweater and pair of thick socks as you settle-in, in-front of crackling fire. Straight-up comfort in a cup
