Our Sumatra Kokowagayo Coop supports programs focusing on women’s empowerment, such as supporting women during pregnancy by purchasing necessary medical equipment. The cooperative has made an effort to hire women to perform manufacturing work in processing facilities, in addition to participating in financial management training. This Sumatra Coffee isn’t only a great a coffee but every purchase makes a difference.
Grind your coffee as close to brewing as possible. Match the grind of coffee to your brewing method. We recommend using 2 tablespoons of ground coffee for 6 ounces of water. Adjust the amount of water or coffee to achieve your desired strength.
