Description
These coffee beans were sustainably and fairly grown in Quetzaltenango, Guatemala by a non-profit federation of small coffee producers. These beans brew a smooth, medium roast coffee that’s full-bodied without the bitter aftertaste. We come from Finland and Finnish people drink more coffee than anyone else in the world. So we take this stuff seriously. We even have a 3rd party lab test each batch for purity.
Chaga (Inonotus obliquus) supports overall wellness and has been used for hundreds of years. Us Finns used it as a coffee substitute back in WWII when beans weren’t available. We wildcraft our Chaga, which means we get it directly from birch trees (with sustainable practice). Then we extract its fruiting bodies and spray dry the concentrate. The final product is a mixable, organic powder with no fillers or carriers.
Turkey Tail (Trametes Versicolor) looks like its name. It’s been used for its antioxidant, immune, and gut-supporting properties for hundreds of years. Ours is pure and wood-grown. We get you the most benefits by extracting the fruiting body to create an organic powder with no fillers or carriers.
To feed the probiotics and your gut microbiome, yacon juice powder provides prebiotics. This organic yacon is grown in the Peruvian Andes. This tuber is dried at low temperatures for 8 hours and then milled into a fine powder. Fun fact: it’s known locally as Peruvian ground apple and looks like a sweet potato!
Out of all the probiotics in the world, we love Bacillus subtilis for several reasons. First, it survives boiling water and your stomach acid. Because what’s the point of taking a probiotic if it doesn’t even make it to your intestines? There has also been researching done on this strain specifically supporting digestion.
