The 80/20 gold blend is perhaps the most classic of the Italian blends, made up of high-level Arabica coffee and all you need of Robusta coffee, to enjoy the body and the typical velvety cream that these beans bring to the cup.
Description
For this evaluation, the coffee was tasted in espresso at 92° , with an extraction of 25 ml in 26 seconds. The average degassing of the coffees took place in 60 hours.
Coffee describes an excellent body and well-balanced sensations. The nose reveals notes of biscuit and vanilla, in some cases of light cocoa. A really well balanced blend.
All the coffees that make up the blend are grown in the shade together with banana and pepper trees.
