As an alternative to the paper filter, a filter system was developed that compensates for the disadvantages of paper as a filter medium. Due to its lipoid properties, paper removes all fat from the liquid to be filtered. This means that all brewing colloids (flavor carriers in the coffee) are also filtered out. The pores of permanent filters, on the other hand, mechanically separate the solid components from the liquid ones. Any influence on the taste is prevented by the neutral real gold plating.
Description
The type of preparation corresponds to the first brewing process, the so-called “French Press coffee”. Economical reusability and dishwasher suitability complete the profile.
