Origins: miscala dedicated to alternative espresso extractions, made up of 3 origins of Arabica coffee.
Ethiopia yergacheffe, cultivated at an altitude between 1200 – 1800 meters, undergoes a processing of the washed type beans.
El Salvador SHG, grown over 500 meters thanks to the work of many small producers distributed over a large part of the national territory.
Nicaragua San Josè Mierisch, collected at altitudes varying between 1250 and 1400 meters in height in the Mierisch area.
