Green Coffee Indian Monsooned Malabar

Description

This Indian Arabica coffee is a particular specialty. It comes from the Malabar area, has been specially prepared, and is therefore particularly soft in taste. With the monsooning process, the natural influences of the former transport route by sailing ship are imitated. Exposed to the sun, monsoon winds, and the salty climate, it changed color and taste during the crossing to Europe and thus acquired its unique taste profile. Today, this process is recreated through 10-week storage in special, open, and well-ventilated coastal warehouses. Due to the high humidity there, these beans swell and get their characteristic color and special taste.

It is a large-bean and high-quality Arabica green coffee (quality AA, unwashed, monsooned).
