Columbia Sanjuanero is a decaffeinated coffee, decaffeinated by the method of fermenting sugar cane, which when fermented releases ethyl acetate, an organic solvent with which coffee beans are decaffeinated. The name of the coffee comes from a traditional dance specific to the Huila area of Colombia.
We fried it especially for you with a light to medium frying profile, to highlight its special character, regardless of the method of preparation, be it espresso, filter or mokka pot.
