We all have our morning routine that defines our everyday lives. In fact, we have a specific routine that defines us all as humans. Such a routine looks completely different for every person. Some people need ten minutes to be fit for the day, others extend their usual morning routine to an hour and quite a few take even more time for this. You decide what your morning routine looks like. The main thing is to start the day individually, relaxed and undisturbed. And a little moment of pleasure to wake up can sweeten your morning.
How your day always depends on how you start it. That can be a long or short waking up, along with a warm or short cold shower, a rich hearty or small sweet breakfast, and, preferably, always a strong coffee. Whether this coffee is a classic coffee bean, a latte macchiato, or a cappuccino is your decision. And maybe it’s just a cup of tea or a glass of milk that will make the start of the day easier for you. Experience has shown that most people enjoy a coffee in the morning. And it should be prepared as quickly and easily as possible and always be aromatic and tasty.
For many people, morning coffee is part of their individual morning routine and cannot be replaced by anything. Morning coffee is an indispensable part of the start of the new day. And so it should stay. No matter whether you drink coffee for late breakfast, at noon, in the afternoon, or even in the evening, the fine coffee in the morning is part of a personal morning ritual, like showering for morning body care.
Perfect morning routine
Wake up
Waking up comes with a check on social media followed by getting up and making the bed. Right after that comes the bathroom routine and then going to the kitchen where the magic happens. Make coffee right away. Depending on what type of day you will have at work.
MAKING BREAKFAST
Besides a cappuccino, you need a croissant and some cereals for recharging your batteries with some vitamins. I would also recommend a salad with a lot of vegetables in there. And for those who are on a diet, I recommend blending a protein shake and the coffee will be bought later at the breaktime lunch meal.
STRETCHING/YOGA
While the coffee is brewing, you can take a few minutes to stretch your limbs. The coffee is usually ready when you have done the yoga. But try to be quick because the coffee will cool.
MEDITATE
Meditation could help. Your brain and your body would feel better. Now would be great if you could incorporate body meditation into your schedule. You don’t need more than 10 minutes for this.
SHOWERS
After everything you have accomplished before, take a 20-second shower but not longer even though I know it would be great too. The water should be cold because this makes the body more alert knowing that the cold water stimulates circulation. But this does not apply every time because during the winter season you just need a warm shower.
AFTER THE MORNING ROUTINE
After the routine, you should probably go to school/work. If the coffee was not enough for starting your day then you should stop at any store and buy another one with more milk this time in order to keep you busy for a while. I recommend 2 cups of coffee per day but not more than that.
A PERFECT START TO THE DAY
Be positive and think about how well your day is going to be. A cappuccino will make your day better but a latte and espresso would resolve all the problems in the morning, the rest of them you need to take care of yourselves.
