Breakfast and your morning coffee kick… at the same time! This Espresso oat breakfast smoothie is a filling and a perfect way to start your day!
Ingredients
- 240 ml almond milk
- 120 ml Greek yogurt
- 1 date
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 half tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- half banana
- 60 gr oatmeal
- 1 shot of espresso
- 5 ice cubes
- blender
Preparation
Step 1: Place all ingredients except almond milk, espresso and yogurt in blender and blend to desired consistency. Put the mix in a freezer bag and put it in the freezer.
Step 2: The next morning, put the contents of the freezer bag in the blender and add almond milk, espresso, ice cubes and yogurt.
Step 3: If the mix is still frozen, you may need to add more almond milk to get the consistency you want. If the smoothie is too thin, add a few more ice cubes.
