Ingredients
- Coffee beans – blend of Arabica-Robusta
- 100 ml: semi-skimmed milk (from the fridge)
- 20gr: custard cream
- 40gr: lemon zest
- a sprinkle of cocoa powder
Preparation
Step 1: First pour the custard cream into a glass;
Step 2: Then place the glass under the coffee spout under the machine;
Step 3: Prepare a perfect cappuccino;
Step 4: Sprinkle some cocoa powder on it.
Step 5: Finally, garnish the drink with some lemon zest.
