Our decaf starts with a coffee from the Rodríguez de Mendoza, Amazonas region of Peru. These beans are decaffeinated using Royal’s Select Water Processing. Royal’s Select Water Processing is a chemical-free decaffeination method in which the green coffee is pre-soaked in water to extract the caffeine. The caffeine is separated from the water by being passed through charcoal filters. The result is a clean-tasting decaf cup of coffee. Say hello to drinking coffee in the evenings again!
