Cold rose cappuccino

Ingredients

  • coffee beans
  • 100 ml cold milk
  • rose water
  • White chocolate flakes
  • Sugared rose petals

Preparation

Step 1: Cover the bottom of the glass with a thin layer of white chocolate flakes.

Step 2: Place the cup under the coffee spouts and prepare a single espresso with the desired strength.

Step 3: Then fill the MixCarafe with cold milk and make cold frothed milk with a thick foam layer.

Step 4: Add the rose water to the frothed milk and stir it through. Pour the frothed milk into the espresso.

Step 5: Finally, garnish with white chocolate flakes and sugared rose petals.

Tip : for best results, pour the frothed milk over the back of a long spoon into the glass to create even layers.
