A variety of amazing recipes can be prepared with our favorite beverage: from sweet to savory. Today we found out how to prepare a delicious and creamy coffee, white chocolate and coconut smoothie.
If you have already tried to prepare similar drinks such as the matcha latte as an alternative version of the classic cappuccino, you know that preparing a smoothie is really simple if you know all the steps to follow well.
Ingredients for 2 people
- 200 g fresh white yogurt or Greek yogurt.
- 2 cups of espresso coffee.
- 50 g white chocolate bar.
- 4 ice cubes.
- Flaked or granulated coconut.
- Q.b. sugar.
- Q.b. milk.
For this recipe, we recommend the 100% Arabica Bio blend for its sweet and refined taste, available in ground coffee for mocha, pods or capsules compatible with Nespresso coffee machines. If, on the other hand, you prefer a stronger and stronger taste, you can go for the timeless Classica blend, and also in beans.
Let’s prepare the coffee, white chocolate and coconut smoothie
First, melt white chocolate with just enough milk in a nonstick saucepan over low heat.
Prepare two cups of espresso with a coffee maker or mocha and let them cool. Do not sugar them because we will add the sugar at the end of preparation.
In a smoothie glass or blender start adding the yogurt and ice cubes, then blend just for a few seconds.
Add the coffees and white chocolate with the help of a licker or wooden spoon.
Only last add the sugar in the amount you like best: use the usual amount you prefer to adjust.
Finally whisk it all again until you see the classic smoothie froth created.
Pour the resulting mixture into two tall glasses and garnish with the flakes or coconut granules on top.
Serve while still cold with a straw.
