Start your morning off right with this smoothie packed with vitamins and fiber!
Preparation time: 5-10 minutes
Ingredients (for 1 glass):
- 1 banana
- 50 ml Espresso Ristretto
- 20 grams oatmeal
- 1 tbsp honey
- 120 ml coconut milk (drinking variant)
- Blueberries or other red fruits
- Cacao
Preparation method:
STEP 1. Put one banana, 50 ml Espresso Ristretto, 20 grams oatmeal, 1 tbsp honey and 120 ml coconut milk in the blender. Mix this to a smooth mixture.
STEP 2. Garnish the smoothie with raspberries and blueberries and a touch of cocoa. Enjoy!
