Coffee smoothie with forest fruits

Start your morning off right with this smoothie packed with vitamins and fiber!

Preparation time: 5-10 minutes

Ingredients (for 1 glass): 

  • 1 banana
  • 50 ml Espresso Ristretto 
  • 20 grams oatmeal
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 120 ml coconut milk (drinking variant)
  • Blueberries or other red fruits
  • Cacao

Preparation method:

STEP 1. Put one banana, 50 ml Espresso Ristretto, 20 grams oatmeal, 1 tbsp honey and 120 ml coconut milk in the blender. Mix this to a smooth mixture.

STEP 2.  Garnish the smoothie with raspberries and blueberries and a touch of cocoa. Enjoy!
