Preparation
Step 1: To start, pour a thin layer of mint syrup into the cup and add some light brown sugar so that the bottom of the cup is covered.
Step 2: Place the cup under the coffee spouts and prepare a single espresso with the desired strength. Then let the espresso cool down.
Step 3: Then froth the espresso in the MixCarafe on the highest setting and pour the frothed espresso into the cup.
Step 4: Finally, garnish with light brown sugar, mint leaves and lemon zest.
Tip: for best results, pour the frothed espresso over the back of a long spoon into the cup to create even layers.
