Coffee breakfast smoothie
Especially in the morning, that cup of coffee tastes extra good.
With this recipe, you can combine breakfast with a (strong) cup of coffee. Very handy if you have to get out early. You prepare the ingredients the night before, blend in the morning and go out with your smoothie. As soon as you arrive at your destination, you have had a hearty breakfast and a cup of coffee.
What you need (one person)
- 75 ml almond milk
- 75 ml strong coffee
- 35 gr oatmeal
- 1 banana
- 20 gr dark chocolate
That’s how you make it
- Brew 75 ml of strong coffee and let it cool down.
- Grate the chocolate.
- Place the coffee, almond milk, oatmeal, banana and chocolate in the blender.
- Blend it all into a smooth smoothie.
Tips and tricks
- You can also use sprinkles instead of chocolate.
- Make sure you use cooled coffee to drink the smoothie immediately. If you leave the smoothie (to cool, for example), it will thicken a bit.
