Coffee and dessert: Panna coffee

Easy and delicious coffee dessert. You can prepare one night in advance to grab it from the fridge. 

Ingredients (for 4 people)

240 ml espresso

600 ml full cream (40% fat) 

200 ml milk

200 gr granulated sugar 

2 tsp vanilla extract

6 gelatine leaves

1 tbsp grated milk chocolate 

How to prepare Panna coffee? 

  1. Brew the espresso. 
  2. Soak the gelatin in water. 
  3. Heat the full cream, milk, and sugar in a saucepan. 
  4. Add the coffee and vanilla extract when the sugar has dissolved.
  5. Squeeze the water from the gelatin and add it to the mixture. 
  6. Stir until the gelatin has dissolved.
  7. Pour the mixture into glasses and place in the refrigerator overnight. 
  8. Just before serving, finish the drinks with grated chocolate. Enjoy!
