Caffe Carbonelli Grounds Naples Blend
The classic Neapolitan “tazzulella e'cafè”. The typical Neapolitan espresso. A blend of fine quality Arabica coffees carefully roasted and blended with 30% of two different Robusta coffee plantations. In the cup a strong but balanced coffee is presented. On the surface a coffee cream with a sweet flavor that covers all the essences and caramelized aromas of the underlying Arabica coffee. The blend of the classic Neapolitan “tazzulella è caffè”, composed of 70% Arabica coffee, where we meet the perfect cohesion of taste with body. An accurate process, slow cooking and the wise dosage of quality is the classic synthesis of the Neapolitan tradition.
