Ingredients
- 6 ice cubes
- 75ml espresso (Brazil Single Origin)
- 30 ml almond drink
- cream
Preparation
Step 1: To make the espresso granita: Take 75 ml espresso (hot), 10 g caster sugar and 1 teaspoon lemon juice. Whisk the ingredients together and pour into a shallow dish. Put in the freezer and stir after 20 minutes to break it up and form crystals. Do this every 20 minutes until you have a light, airy granita.
Step 2: Pour the cold almond drink into the LatteCrema milk container.
Step 3: Put 6 ice cubes in a glass and pour a cappuccino over it.
Step 4: Finish it off with a dollop of whipped cream.
Step 5: Sprinkle the granita over the drink to taste.
